La Nebulosa Omega, nota anche come Nebulosa Cigno o Nebulosa Ferro di Cavallo (catalogata come Messier 17 o M17 o NGC 6618) è una regione dell’idrogeno nella costellazione del Sagittario. Si trova tra 5000 e 6000 anni luce dalla Terra e si estende per circa 15 anni luce di diametro.

  • Scope: Konus 200/1000 reduced @960mm, f4,8
  • Camera: QHY8L @-10°C, gain 10, offset 113, with coma corrector Tecnosky 0,95x and Optolong L_enhance filter
  • Guide: Skywatcher 70/500 with Asi120MM and UV/IR-cut filter Svbony
  • Mount: Skywatcher Eq6r Pro
  • Management system: Raspberry PI4 with Stellarmate OS remotely controlled with Windows 10
  • Acquisition software: Kstars/Ekos
  • Frames: 40×600″ calibrated with flat, dark and bias
